Insurance and Payment Options
At SD Oral, Facial, and Implant surgery we make every effort to provide you with the finest care, at a reasonable fee, with multiple financial options. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as personal checks and cash.
Insurance
We are in network with most dental insurance companies. We work closely with you and your insurance company to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. In addition to dental insurance, our insurance coordinators specialize in medical insurance and have the unique ability to bill applicable procedures to your medical insurance in order to minimize your out-of-pocket expense.
Please bring your dental and medical insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can verify and review your insurance coverage.

Financing
We feel strongly that financial constraints should not stop anyone from receiving the dental care they need. For this reason we also accept assignment from several third-party healthcare financing companies, including Green Sky Patient Solutions, CareCredit, and Proceed Finance. If you intend to use one of these financing companies we ask that you please apply with the financing company of your choice for approval prior to your appointment by clicking one of the links below:
